Community Health Services, in partnership with Healthy Living Lambton provides programs and services to consumers and workplaces on a variety of lifestyle issues. Resources are available to help you with workplace health promotion planning.  Topics include: healthy eating, physical activity, smoke-free living, stress management and aim at reducing the incidence of chronic diseases such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.  Resources are also available on the following workplace health topics:

• building the business case for workplace health
• starting a healthy workplace committee
• conducting a situational assessment (needs assessment, organizational change survey, etc.)
• devising a program plan
• program evaluation.
