Use of Honey =
WARNING!!
This page was reviewed or revised on Friday, August 14, 2009.
Honey can cause food poisoning (botulism) in infants less than one year old. Avoid
adding such a sugar to bottles of water or formula and resist the temptation to dip
soothers in them. If sugar is needed for constipation, use white granulated sugar. It
works the same way and it's safe.
