Healthy Choices At Work
This page was reviewed or revised on Thursday, August 13, 2009. |
We may not think about it often, but the modern workplace has a large impact on our
health. Increased levels of stress, not taking time to eat properly, and lack of exercise
are often symptoms of todays just-in time working life. Making healthy
choices at work includes having access to nutritious foods (healthy snacks in vending
machines and cafeterias), and building regular physical activity into our day (using the
stairs, or taking a walking break).
Healthy choices are all around you.
