Where are the Classes Held?

Classes are held at West Lambton Community Health Centre. A delicious dinner is served each week and door prizes are given.

Public Health Nurses from the Healthy Babies Healthy Children Program discuss topics related to Changes in Your Body, Nutrition, Healthy Relationships, Labour and Delivery, Caring for Your Baby, Breastfeeding, Post Partum Care and Adjustment, Safety, Community and Parenting Supports.

When Should I Register?

Register once you know you are going to have a baby! Your registration will hold your spot in class as classes are scheduled 3 months in advance.

To register online please complete the online registration form.

When will my Young Moms classes start?

Your online registration will hold a spot in class. A letter will be mailed to you regarding the start date of your class. If you have any questions, please call 519 383-8331 ext. 3568 or email program support.
