The clinics, which are held at convenient locations across Lambton County, are designed to help parents help their children reach their potential and be ready and excited to start school.

Ready Set Grow…the Preschool Checkpoint is a proactive screening that provides parents with a sense of what to expect and an opportunity to see their child’s normal ranges of growth, ability and behaviour. Recognizing a concern and taking steps early to address it will help your child reach their full potential and prepare them to learn.

The Preschool Checkpoint provides awareness and expert advice on various child-related topics:

  • Developmental screening

  • Speech and language screening

  • Early literacy

  • Behaviour

  • Occupational therapy

  • Immunization

  • Oral Health (Dental)

  • Nutrition
