Walk This Way, Walk Into Health
Walking is one of thegreatest ways
to get started in physical activity. It is easy, can be done almost any
where, anytime, and it’s free! Walking can be a fun social event with
friends, family or by yourself.
To
help you get into the habit of
walking, tools from a provincial resource called Walk
This Way are available to get you started. This self-help
program is designed to get people age 20 years and beyond to be
more active. The program includes a user guide, a calendar and reusable
pen for planning and recording your walks.
